Hypocrisy laid bare demonstrations against kosher and halal slaughter
This blog post is in response to Anne Marie waters “For Britain” campaign and their demo outside the London Halal exhibition (Bottom of page)
As a Jew and a vegetarian, I am against all animal slaughter and all animal live transport.
During kosher slaughtering the mother IS not slaughtered in front of its babies, however the Mother IS slaughtered in front of its babies in a non-kosher slaughtering …how cruel is that?
Halal: it's just not Kosher

Any Facebook post to Twitter, or a post about this on FB ? Any YouTube video about this? No of course not as long as they get their sausage rolls from Greggs it’s fine huh ?
A typical slaughterhouse kills about 1,000 hogs per hour. The sheer number of animals killed makes it impossible for pigs’ deaths to be humane and painless. Because of improper stunning, many hogs are alive when they reach the scalding-hot water baths, which are intended to soften their skin and remove their hair.
Now, this is a discussion about Kosher and halal slaughtering but also what about the way the chicks, pigs, sheep, cows, goats chickens seafood fish,lobsters,crabs prawns , cockles,snails etc are killed in a horrific way that are NOT spoken about …. because (Pigs) ham and. BACON is staple diet of British way of life ?
So here are where my thoughts with regards to absolute hypocrisy about the arguments on kosher and halal.
Not a word, not a whimper.. not a Twitter post or a Facebook post or a Telegram post or YouTube video from anybody who criticizes religious slaughtering about the way animals and seafood are treated when they are slaughtered.
